Nikki obtained her real estate license in December 1997. Using the skills she had obtained in a variety of small business ventures, she immediately began her successful real estate career. Nikki is married and her husband, Tom, are REALTORS& reg; with Keller Williams Realty and together, they are the Blackburn Team. Her daughter Sanaz graduated from UTSA college in San Antonio. Nikki and Tom enjoy traveling and visiting their children, when they are not out selling and listing homes. They also enjoy spending time at their home and landscaping projects. Along with closing millions of dollars in sales and listings, here are some of her other achievements - Nikki’s achievements:
Tom is retired from the U.S. Air Force and is active in a variety of community and professional activities. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, he was the REALTOR® and Military Coordinator for a major local home builder for five years. Tom and Nikki are married and truly enjoy sharing their personal and professional lives together. Both are full time REALTORS®. Tom holds the professional credentials of Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR), Professional Relocation Skills (PRS), and he is a Certified New Home Specialist. Tom was on active duty in the Air Force for almost 29 years, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt - E-9). He served in all facets of the air traffic control career field, he was the Commandant of several Air Force schools including the Mathies NCO Academy-USAFE, the USAF Air Traffic Control Management School, and he was Chief of the Chiefs’ Group managing the CMSgt resource for the Air Force. He was the Levitow Award winner as the top graduate from his Senior NCO Academy class, and was honored with the Legion of Merit when he retired. Tom remains active in the San Antonio community having served on the Board of Directors & Executive Committee of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®; Board of Directors of the San Antonio and South Central Texas USO; he is on the Board of Directors of the Fisher House, Inc., at Lackland AFB which serves as a "home away from home" for families of patients receiving extensive care at Wilford Hall Medical Center; he is a member of AFSA Chapter 1075, the NCOA, and the Alamo Chapter of the AFA; and he is the first enlisted Air Force member (active duty or retired) ever elected to the national Board of Trustees of the Air Force Aid Society in its 64 year history. Tom is very proud of his children, Tracey who served in the Air Force and is completing her Business Administration Degree and Trevor, who is currently serving on active duty with the Air Force at Dyess AFB, and Sanaz who graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio. And, of course, his 12 year old grandson, Brandon, who is actively involved in the 6th grade. When Nikki and Tom are not working, they enjoy traveling, golfing and landscaping projects.
